• We will run social media marketing ads for your upon request from your organization, for new product/ announcement/ and or service(s) launch events that of your organization may be having planned to do.

• We'll be sure to run these social media outreach ads for the length of time, of which is requested by the organization as whole of its self, and will end the outreach ads at the time of specified ad end date, or as requested through our social media ad campaign form.

• We will be sure to keep your social media site(s) information, and other public data on your social media sites up to date, and in line with the moral standards you have set forth in your organization/business.

• We will be sure to maintain the stability and privacy of all your social media accounts of which you requested that of American Record Studios to manage, maintain, and to keep updated with the privacy of your information shared and posted on your social media sites by us at American Record Studios in mind.

• We will provide daily/weekly/monthly status updates to your social media profiles for you, upon request or set agreement upon initial setup of your social media profiles representing your organization with us, through American Record Studios.

• We will upload and keep up-to-date, all cover photos, and social media profile pictures that best represent your organization, (Profile picture may be set as your company logo, with your cover photo of your social media profile set as your, overall image that represents your organization, perhaps also with a slogan over the cover photo of your social media profile.

• We will work to, make sure that what is published on your social site, is that of only the information and promotion(s) that are most accurate, and are due to be released to the public, for their knowledge of your organization's growth in the products, & services you provide to those of your customer base, through all your social media channels.

• We will, work to keep the security of your page(s) secure, and work to take down any that scam to be like your page, illegally selling products and services of yours, that either are or are not yet to be sold on your store, or through that of your social media site(s), to try to make profit what is not their's, and is therefore so rightfully your profit to make through your social media site(s).

• We will work, to compete with other pages alike from yours, and keep it looking its best above all other's alike from yours.
