Photography Services Request Forms

All necessary request forms, to fulfill a spot with us in either one of two areas in our Photography Services Dept. at American Record Studios.  Either, Photography Retouch/Edits form, or Photo Shoot Request Form, where you can request a photo shoot done by our Photography Services Team.

Google Account Sign In Required:

• If you need to make a request to have photos/media uploaded for retouch and editing by ARS, you will need to sign into your google account. This is in order to have  you associated with your upload retouch/editing of your photo(s) and media files with the rightful owner(s) of the media being uploaded for retouches/editing. 

• Photography Retouches/Edits Request Form - Please fill out all the required fields in order to submit the form for processing and approval of your photos/images you wish to have edited/retouched.

• PhotoShoot Request Form - Fill out the required fields to be considered for a photo Shoot with us at American Record Studios.
